Contact routes
Contact routes cover:
- account, workspace and technical support;
- a correction or source question about a public planning record;
- a UK data-protection complaint, objection or rights request;
- an accessibility problem or request for an alternative format; and
- cancellation, refund and other consumer-contract communications.
Use only an address displayed in the company details above, and do not treat any other address as a route to Rules for You. Contact details also appear in the privacy notice, terms and checkout information.
How incoming email is handled
A verified Rules for You contact address may deliver incoming mail into a private administrative workspace through Twilio SendGrid Inbound Parse. Reading that inbox requires both current workspace membership and a separate server-side developer allowlist. Other workspace addresses route only to their own current members.
The inbox is receive-only. It does not retain attachment bytes or filenames, and it filters HTML and blocks remote images. Put essential information in the message body and do not send an original document through email as the only copy. The mailbox infrastructure does not make an address a monitored contact route unless that address is displayed above.
Privacy complaints and rights requests
Do not send identity documents, refusal notices, payment information or other personal data to an address that is not displayed and verified on this site. People in the UK may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office through its official website. Using the company's route first must not be presented as a condition of that right.
Corrections and source questions
The corrections page explains the information that will help distinguish an error made by Rules for You from an issue in an official source. Send a report only to a monitored support address displayed above.
Consumer cancellation and complaints
The refusal-review page shows the current service, price and ordering availability. Use any monitored support route displayed above for a consumer complaint and read the cancellation page for cancellation, service-problem and refund information that applies to an order.
The cancellation page sets out the cancellation information and model wording.
